Top Agent Florida has been recognized among the Top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors® nationwide this year on RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.

Background

For their 18th year, RealTrends has launched the search to discover the top agents and teams in the country. In partnership with Tom Ferry International, they are the only agent and team ranking survey that requires verification. Furthermore, those who rank earn the designation of The Thousand or one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals – making them the top 1.5% of agents and teams in the United States.

Recent Awards

Top Agent Team Florida made it to the 2023 America’s Best (Medium-sized Team) list for their excellent sales in 2022. The team had a total of 98 transaction sides, which earned the 79th rank in the state of Florida for sides. Meanwhile, the team also ranked 99th in the state of Florida for residential sales volume – with volume of $53,032,605.

About the Team

Top Agent Team Florida is an all-women powerhouse team led by Stacey Glenn at John R. Wood Properties, Christie’s International Real Estate. The award is based on 2022 performance, which (at that time)included six licensed agents. The team primarily serves clients in Southwest Florida: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Alva, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples and LaBelle.
