Hi, my name is Stacey Glenn and I sell real estate in Southwest Florida. I lead a team called Top Agent Team Florida at John R. Wood Properties, Christie’s International Real Estate. We sell houses in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Alva, North Fort Myers, Naples… you name it, we’re there. John R. I’m excited to be affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate. I’ve been selling real estate since 2015 and leading a team since 2018. Through delegating and attracting top agents and other personnel we are better able to help our clients.
I help retirees, snowbirds, young professionals, and families. Having a “High D” (driver) personality, I’m very focused on completing tasks. I also love to meet great people and help others through the evolution of the purchase of a home in Florida.
When I’m selling a property I start out with a macro-economic approach to evaluating the home and the market. Then I hone in on the property and look at the property in different ways. This allows us to triangulate in finding a value that builds confidence. It gives us (the Seller and I, together as a team) a SWOT analysis that we use to build our marketing and pricing strategies. We can also anticipate obstacles and find ways to overcome or avoid them. I believe that Sellers should have all the information they need to make the most informed decision.
The skills I have developed from my experience in business school and in successfully listing and selling real estate in Southwest Florida have led me to develop this winning strategy.
