Southwest Florida market perspective
Closed sales in June were up 12% compared to last year, marking the 13th consecutive month of year-over-year increases.
Listing inventory tightened further as the recent pattern of rising sales and declining new listings continued. As of June 30, 12,462 properties were available in Southwest Florida, down 9% from May and 22% from a year earlier.
At just over six months of supply, the market remains balanced, creating favorable conditions for both buyers and sellers.
